Job Description

Annapurna HR is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation programs that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze compensation structures, including salary, bonus, and incentive plans, to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive compensation practices and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation-related projects and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of UK compensation regulations, job architecture, and best practices.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management software to drive business results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management software.
