Compensation Analyst

Annapurna HR is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation programs that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze compensation structures, including salary, bonus, and incentive plans, to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive compensation practices and make recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation-related projects and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of UK compensation regulations, job architecture, and best practices.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management software to drive business results.
