About the Role

Diligent Corporation is a leading provider of software solutions for governance, risk, and compliance. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salaries, incentives, job evaluations, and salary surveys.
  • Support HR and compensation projects, ensuring alignment with the company's business strategy.
  • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, gathering market intelligence and industry-specific data to inform solutions.
  • Lead compensation projects, including job framework changes, organizational changes, M&A activity, and incentive design work.
  • Review and approve employment offers, consulting with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, and business leaders.
  • Participate in compensation compliance activities across all jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of compensation experience.
  • Exceptional data integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and model large data sets in Excel.
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation planning and administration.
