Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Compensation Analyst to become a part of our team at Dow Jones. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and executing robust compensation strategies across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Director of Compensation, your primary focus will be to ensure that our compensation framework remains competitive in a dynamic labor market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of compensation data to provide insightful recommendations on pay structures.
  • Perform equity assessments of various roles to maintain fairness and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management and various departments to align compensation practices with organizational goals.
  • Utilize advanced compensation and analytical tools to enhance reporting accuracy and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation analysis or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources components, including Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and pay transparency regulations.
  • Experience managing annual salary reviews and bonus distributions.
  • Proficient in using compensation software such as MarketPay and Workday.
  • Knowledge of both US and international compensation practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
