We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team at Ofcom. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and compensation best practices to inform our pay and recognition strategies.
- Collaborate with the Compensation and Recognition Manager to design and implement a transparent and competitive compensation and benefits program.
- Conduct market research and gather data to inform pay and recognition decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Payroll, Finance, and other relevant teams.
- Provide expert advice and support to employees on compensation and benefits matters.
- Manage and develop recognition schemes to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our HRIS system.
- Lead and contribute to other Reward projects as required.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, with a strong understanding of market trends and compensation best practices.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in job analysis and pricing, with a strong understanding of data analysis.
- Flexible and proactive approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR system experience, with experience of maintaining data on Workday (desirable).
