Compensation and Benefits Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Reward team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programmes that align with our business strategy and compensation philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programmes that support our business objectives and ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Partner with Reward team colleagues and HR partners to design and deliver impactful compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Analyse compensation and benefits-related data to inform programme design and implementation.
- Perform market benchmarking to evaluate Deliveroo's market positioning and provide input into compensation band structures, benefit and policy proposals, and other pay guidelines.
- Support the UK annual benefits enrolment program, including project planning, employee communications, and testing.
- Manage complex or high-priority employee benefit queries.
- Develop compelling communications on Deliveroo's compensation and benefits approach, programs, and philosophy for HR partners, recruitment, and the business.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the Total Rewards space (in-house compensation or consulting), with experience in execution and delivery.
- Analytical skills, including high levels of proficiency with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Google Sheets, and the ability to analyse data and build models.
- Experience growing relationships with global partners across all levels, including executives and senior leaders.
- The ability to develop concise materials, executive-level presentations, and experience delivering presentations to large audiences.
- Experience in at least one of the following compensation fields: salary design, sales compensation, global compensation, equity compensation, executive pay.
