About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Harrington Starr. As a key member of our quant team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced quantitative models to drive business growth and optimize compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex quantitative models to analyze compensation data and identify trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantitative analysis and compensation strategy
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics or trading role, preferably in the sports industry
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R programming languages
  • Comprehensive modeling expertise and statistical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
