Position Overview:

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in formulating and implementing remuneration strategies that attract, retain, and inspire exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and assess market intelligence for salary evaluations and benchmarking
  • Standardize and harmonize salary structures on a global scale
  • Analyze employee roles within established salary bands
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive global allowances database
  • Facilitate the annual salary and incentive review process
  • Assist in the execution of reward programs and manage transitions effectively
  • Ensure the job architecture database is consistently updated

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
  • Proficient in managing and interpreting complex datasets
  • Prior experience in compensation analysis and data governance
