What Is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Compensation Programs to provide comprehensive compensation services for our European operations in collaboration with Human Resources and Compensation leadership. Your primary focus will be on developing competitive and cost-effective total compensation strategies, practices, and solutions to cultivate a high-performance culture.

What Will You Do?

  • Consult and support Human Resources Generalists and clients in addressing compensation administration, policy interpretation, job design, and turnover issues.
  • Conduct market pricing, job documentation, evaluation, and data analysis, collaborating with the compensation team and HRGs.
  • Optimize the use of compensation tools to align with business initiatives and compensation strategies.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the assigned business area, analyze data, monitor trends, and recommend enhancements to retain, motivate, and recruit key personnel.
  • Provide guidance on compensation aspects of new hire offers, including base salary, bonuses, and equity considerations.
  • Prepare reports and analyses for management to support performance and rewards decisions globally.
  • Assist in developing or revising job descriptions for various business groups.
  • Review job descriptions to ensure clarity and inclusive language.
  • Offer direction on job structuring and identify organizational design issues as needed.
  • Ensure HR team members and managers have the necessary knowledge and tools for effective performance management and compensation administration.
  • Design and deliver training related to compensation as required.
  • Influence decision-making processes and contribute as a key resource.
  • Lead complex and sensitive projects as assigned.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors to support compensation action recommendations.
  • Provide support to the compensation lead and team members as necessary.
  • Act ethically at all times, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through necessary training and certifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • Experience and knowledge of compensation compliance laws, market analysis, and pay structure design methodologies.
  • Strong experience in pricing roles across various jurisdictions and currencies, as well as workforce planning and preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday HR systems and Cognos reporting software.
  • Intermediate analytical problem-solving, influencing, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficient written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and related software, including the ability to create graphs and perform vlookups and pivot tables.
  • CIPD qualification is preferred.

What is a Must Have?

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a compensation role, particularly in job evaluation, role pricing, and survey submission/data analysis.
