About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to deliver comprehensive compensation solutions for our European operations, collaborating closely with Human Resources and Compensation leadership. Your primary objective will be to design competitive and financially sustainable total compensation frameworks that foster a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to HR Generalists and clients regarding compensation issues
  • Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and detailed data analysis
  • Utilize compensation tools effectively to align with business objectives
  • Enhance understanding of the business sector, analyze relevant data, and propose improvements
  • Offer guidance on compensation packages for new hires
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and organizational structures
  • Generate reports for management and executive review
  • Lead intricate projects and support the compensation team
  • Uphold ethical standards and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our corporate values
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in compensation compliance, market analysis, and HR information systems
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Cognos
