Job Overview

Senior Compensation Analyst - £350+ p/d (Outside IR35) - 3 to 6 Months - Remote Opportunity


Annapurna HR is partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation to find a seasoned compensation expert to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and analysing compensation programmes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining job architecture, including job families, levels, and pay structures, as well as preparing for end-of-year cycles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain job architecture, including job families, levels, and pay structures.
  • Analyse compensation structures, including salary, bonus, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on compensation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation-related projects and reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of UK compensation regulations, job architecture, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management software.
