Main Responsibilities:

- Compensation Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Pay Equity: Ensure that all reward and compensation practices promote pay equity and transparency across the organization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the analysis of compensation data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all compensation and reward practices comply with public sector regulations and legal requirements.

Requirements:
