About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the annual calendar of executive compensation activities, including RemCo meetings, annual reports, and AGM.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing concise and impactful RemCo materials, including relevant analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Contributing to the design and management of incentive plans that support business strategy.
  • Building and maintaining a network of key stakeholders, including Reward, HR, Finance, Corporate Governance, Insight, and business unit management.
  • Bringing external insights into the Reward COE, concerning executive remuneration and broader reward, using benchmarking and analytics.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in Executive Reward, ideally with RemCo papers.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in Excel.
