Job Summary

Meta is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to play a key role in the execution of strategic compensation programs that promote market competitiveness and attract top talent. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for applying expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Program Development: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the integrity and validity of compensation data.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Apply expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling to build intelligence and inform business decisions.
  • Compensation Data Management: Obtain a thorough understanding of data sources and collection methods, and develop compensation models to support business priorities.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and support business needs, and work with engineering teams to provide consultation and subject matter expertise on compensation data.
  • Program Implementation: Support the planning and execution of compensation programs, and measure program success through data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of compensation/data management/project management experience, with a strong background in quantitative analysis and data modeling.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis tools, as well as experience working with Salesforce, Workday, and compensation systems.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to make decisions with limited information.
