Position: HR – Reward and MI Analyst

Next Employment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Reward and MI Analyst to enhance our dynamic HR team. This permanent position is ideal for candidates with a background in the Insurance, Financial, or Professional services sectors. Experience in a regulated setting is preferred, along with exceptional communication skills to effectively convey data insights.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, execution, and enhancement of innovative reporting solutions. Collaboration with the HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams will be essential to ensure the continuous improvement of HR data integrity and Management Information (MI). You will also co-lead analytical efforts for annual compensation assessments and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Information (MI): Develop and maintain comprehensive MI reports.
  • Rewards and Benefits Analysis: Provide insights into compensation and benefits structures.
  • HR Advisory Services: Offer guidance on HR-related queries and data interpretation.
  • HR Business Process Mapping: Document and analyze HR processes for efficiency.
  • HR Project Involvement: Participate in various HR initiatives and projects.

Proficiency in Workday is essential for this role, as it is the primary system utilized by the organization.
