Position: HR – Reward and MI Analyst

Next Employment Ltd is seeking a talented Reward and MI Analyst to enhance our dynamic HR team. This is a permanent opportunity ideal for individuals with a background in Insurance, Financial, or Professional services. Candidates should possess experience in a regulated setting, demonstrating excellent communication skills to articulate data findings effectively.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and Develop Reporting: Collaborate in the creation and implementation of innovative reporting solutions that add value.
  • Enhance HR Data Quality: Work alongside the HR/Recruitment and Learning & Development teams to improve the quality of HR data and Management Information (MI).
  • Support Compensation Reviews: Co-lead analytical efforts for annual compensation assessments and regulatory reporting.
  • Develop Dashboards: Partner in creating dashboards for the HR function, enhancing visibility and accessibility of HR metrics.
  • Improve Reporting Capabilities: Collaborate with the Rewards and Benefits Manager to continuously enhance HR reporting functionalities.
