About the Position

This intermediate-level position will involve collaborating as part of a project team at a client site for a portion of the week. It is ideal for candidates looking to establish their careers within the manufacturing sector, possessing experience in effectively managing and supporting projects.

  • Organize, coordinate, and assist in project milestone meetings
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to:
    • Share project updates
    • Advance engineering issue resolutions
    • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving
    • Manage project resources in line with budgets
    • Support production activities
  • Engage in daily discussions with production facilities regarding ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Address requests from Product Planning and Marketing for model modifications
  • Develop, enhance, and oversee project master schedules
  • Monitor and report on assigned tasks utilizing standard project management tools
  • Contribute value through identifying and implementing process enhancements
  • Manage ad-hoc project requests as workload permits

WHO ARE YOU?

About You

We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

  • A degree in an Engineering discipline, such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Motorsport Engineering
  • At least one year of experience in the manufacturing sector, including internships or placement years.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, MS Project, or Planisware is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will interact with clients and project stakeholders
  • Experience in Planning/PMO/Coordination/Project Leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • A proactive approach to taking ownership and responsibility for tasks from an early stage
