Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Job Description:

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our client's HR department on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the Workday Advanced Compensation process and managing employee and partner benefits in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of salary review meetings, timetables, and guidelines, and perform job evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
  • Support the budgeting and modelling process for compensation planning.
  • Ensure off-line salary and bonus decisions are captured in the firm's internal HR System - Workday.
  • Assist in the pay gap analysis and reporting process.
  • Ensure operational delivery of various benefit schemes and be accountable for compliance with pension auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Provide help and mentoring to the HR Advisors while continually monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in successful delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews.
  • Knowledge of benefits management and experience in using Workday Compensation and Benefits applications.
  • Highly analytical individual with a flexible approach and able to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, friendly, takes initiative, and a strong communicator.
