Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Portfolio HR & Reward. As a key member of our People & Organisation team, you will play a vital role in the effective management and alignment of our compensation and benefits programs with both company objectives and industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits Process Management: Assist with the development and implementation of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Benefits Administration: Manage end-to-end benefits administration, including benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Pay and Bonus Reviews: Conduct pay and bonus reviews to ensure fairness and equity in compensation practices.
- Job Grading and Salary Benchmarking: Assist with job grading and salary benchmarking to ensure accurate and competitive compensation practices.
Requirements:
Candidates will have advanced Excel skills and proven experience in compensation and benefit administration. This role is a full-time, permanent position that offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, along with a range of benefits including discretionary bonus, private healthcare, life assurance, and retail discounts.
