Compensation and Benefits Professional

Join a leading global asset manager in London, covering EMEA locations, and be part of a dynamic team of 25 in HR, with 4 in Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation. As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will have exposure to senior stakeholders, influencing, advising, and providing insights to European Business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the identification of Material Risk Takers and Code Staff for European regulated entities
- Lead compensation and benefits projects, including annual cycles, and participate in global projects
- Manage benefits vendors, track performance, and ensure HR, Finance, and Legal are involved in tenders
- Lead benefits and compensation change programs, involving new roll-outs, change programs, and communications
- Knowledge of benefits and compensation across Europe, understanding different compensation packages for individual companies, including Ireland, Germany, France, and Italy
- Understanding of managing benefits vendors across contracts and performance
- Experience with Compensation systems (e.g., Workday, MarketPay, Payfactors) / Benefits systems (e.g., Darwin, OneHub)
- Understanding of job evaluation, with McLagan and Towers Watson
- Ideal experience with SuccessFactors
