International SOS is a leading medical and security services company with a global presence. We are seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support our HR initiatives and ensure our reward policies align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct market benchmarking, and prepare business cases for salary increases and bonus accruals.
  • Implement competitive benefit policies, maintain benefit databases, and communicate benefit structures to employees.
  • Administer performance management processes, ensure global consistency, and train managers and employees on setting objectives and using the system.

About You:

  • Degree in finance, business management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Formal qualification in Compensation and Benefits or relevant experience.
  • Experience with Compensation and Benefits in an international environment and global HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, trends, and practices, as well as job evaluation practices and C&B surveys/benchmarking.
