The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our HR team at Sephora. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures and equitable practices.
  • Manage job architecture and position evaluations to ensure transparency and fairness in compensation proposals.
  • Lead the annual individual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonuses, and commission schemes.
  • Oversee HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key HR metrics and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and Sephora's global policies.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager with a strong background in compensation and benefits or HR controlling. You will have a deep understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will be essential in driving strategic decisions.
