Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages, conducting job evaluations and salary surveys, and ensuring salary and benefits compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement reward strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
  3. Ensure compliance with UK compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to forecast budget for compensation and benefits.
  5. Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience in designing and managing reward programs within the Financial Services industry.
  3. Hands-on experience with Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs).
  4. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  5. Strong understanding of UK compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
