Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at WorldFirst. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice and recommendations on compensation and benefits related issues
  • Participate in C&B related surveys and conduct market benchmarking and trend analysis
  • Drive and coordinate C&B processes such as the annual compensation review cycle, benefits introduction and implementation, etc.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes
  • Robust understanding of market conditions across numerous countries and regions
  • Strong understanding of market best practices, trends, and benchmark data
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Personal Competencies:

  • Strong self-management capabilities in working with remote managers/teams in different countries
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the company
