About the Role

Sephora is seeking a highly skilled Compensation, Benefits & HR Governance Manager to join our UK HR team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the HR Director and business leaders to elevate our employee experience by implementing best-in-class HR systems and governance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  2. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures and equitable practices.
  3. Manage job architecture and position evaluations, ensuring transparency and fairness in compensation proposals.
  4. Lead the annual individual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonuses, and commission schemes.
  5. Oversee HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key HR metrics, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and Sephora's global policies.
  7. Manage payroll compensation changes and ensure accuracy throughout the year, in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist.
  8. Lead or support ad-hoc projects as required, contributing to Sephora's people strategy.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits or HR Controlling within a large organization. You'll have a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will set you apart, while your commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality will ensure that our employees feel valued and supported.

We're looking for someone with extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Controlling, ideally in the retail, hospitality, or service industry. You'll have expertise in HR processes and data management with exceptional attention to detail.
