Compensation and Benefits Manager

As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organization. You will work closely with HR business partners, Sales and Rev Ops management, and Finance to analyze the impact of a wide range of compensation options.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for researching current market practices, measuring the effectiveness of existing plans, and evaluating current and future opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing compensation packages and bonus/commission programs that align with the company's strategic plan
- Identifying trends and implementing new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Ensuring compliance and governance of plan operations
- Conducting proactive competitive analysis and recommending updates as necessary in line with market trends and findings
- Keeping track of prevailing pay rates and ensuring we offer competitive compensation plans
- Structuring compensation in ways that yield the highest value for the organization
- Assessing and updating current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies
- Resolving compensation-related issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional work experience in a compensation or payroll analyst/administrator role
- Experience working with compensation and commission functions in a SaaS company
- Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills
- A good appreciation of the behavioral effects of remuneration design
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CPQ tools and their implementation is a plus
