Job Summary

Career Legal is seeking a highly analytical and adaptable Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their HR department on a fixed-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful annual salary and bonus reviews, with a strong understanding of benefits management and experience in using Workday Compensation and Benefits applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salary Review and Compensation Planning: Take ownership of salary review meetings, timetables, and guidelines, and perform job evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
  • Budgeting and Modelling: Support the budgeting and modelling process for compensation planning, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Benefits Management: Ensure operational delivery of various benefit schemes, including pension auto-enrolment requirements, and manage external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Pay Gap Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the pay gap analysis and reporting process, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's processes, providing guidance and support to HR Advisors.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience in a large commercial environment, preferably in Professional Services. A proven track record in successful delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews is essential, along with knowledge of benefits management and experience in using Workday Compensation and Benefits applications. The candidate should be highly analytical, flexible, and able to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
