Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Specialist to support our compensation team in the design, execution, and management of a comprehensive suite of compensation initiatives across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director of Compensation based in the US, you will serve as the expert on the company's compensation framework, policies, and procedures, with a focus on regional nuances. A solid grasp of the dynamic job market and relevant legal frameworks is essential. Experience with compensation data in jurisdictions with Workers Councils or Collective Bargaining Agreements is crucial. You will also play a vital role in year-end activities and engage directly with senior executives. Strong data integrity skills are imperative for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to develop competitive local, regional, and international compensation plans. Provide comprehensive recommendations regarding compensation for new hires, promotions, and adjustments, adhering to best practices. Act as the primary advisor to the local office Leadership Team in key locations. Manage remuneration analysis and comply with country-specific pay gap reporting obligations. Oversee job analysis, evaluation, and market pricing for global roles, including those in the APAC region. Perform equity assessments of roles in response to evolving organizational needs and market conditions. Ensure adherence to job architecture and maintain structural integrity within the Workday system. Analyze global pay practices and summarize trends in compensation metrics. Collaborate with the Global Mobility Lead to enhance processes for hires and transfers. Foster relationships with People team members and Centers of Excellence. Manage compensation survey requirements.

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant experience in compensation. Understanding of Human Resources functions, including Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition. Proven ability to independently manage projects and resolve issues. Familiarity with labor laws and pay transparency regulations across the EU and UK. Knowledge of annual salary and bonus processes, including corporate structures. Experience in market evaluation and compensation trends. Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle. Proficiency in compensation tools such as MarketPay and Workday. Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with international compensation practices. Proven ability to address country-specific compensation challenges. Experience in People Business Partnering or Recruiting is advantageous.
