What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional client support by guiding them through our global Radford McLagan Compensation Database, ensuring they understand year-over-year changes in job architecture, platform experience, and new report deliverables.
  • Clean, analyze, and interpret compensation data using Excel and internal software tools to generate actionable insights for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure timely submission of compensation data, fostering strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
  • Contribute to specific projects, delivering job matching and benchmarking services that empower clients to make informed decisions about their workforce.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote product and service awareness, contributing to the overall success of our client-centric organization.
