About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Coatue Management L.L.C. as a Strategic Partnership Specialist.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Enterprise customers, ensuring their success with our platform and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance, to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Conduct regular health checks to assess customer needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and communicate its benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and track enhancement requests.
  • Handle escalations and work across teams to resolve issues.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management
  • Experience working within the Travel industry
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills in a high-pressure environment, working with high-value customers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • High energy, go-getter with fresh ideas who takes the initiative to get things done
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or similar working experience
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
