Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and continued success of our mobile app among our European and South African clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-level account strategies with each enterprise customer to ensure long-term adoption of our solution, satisfaction, and success
- Ensure overall health of customers and define joint success plans reviewed at each executive business review with customers' project teams and executive sponsors
- Identify and mitigate customer risk to achieve best-in-class retention rates on your portfolio
- Act as a functional and strategic advisor to customers, building strong relationships at every level of their organizations
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 33 days annual leave, Scottish Widow Pension scheme, and Vitality medical coverage.
