Customer Success Manager

Pendula is an Australian scale-up and SaaS software business with global offices, looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Solutions to join our team. As a critical member of our sales and GTM team, you will drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business, expand existing business, and keep our customers happy.
Key Responsibilities- As part of our dedicated account team, you will advise customers on technical best practices, implementation of Pendula's products and features, and strategic guidance on customer engagement.
- Develop and present creative and tailored presentations and demonstrations to various audiences, including technical specialists and executive decision-makers.
- You will require travel to attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences and other industry events, and collaborate with your Pendula teammates.
To succeed in this role, you will have 2+ years of experience working with marketing automation, integration platforms, communication platforms, CRM, and/or CDP technologies. Experience working with enterprise customers in the UK & EMEA martech industry is also preferred. You will possess strong project management, relationship-building, and EQ skills, as well as an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £65,000-£85,000, depending on experience and location.
