Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER to join our team in London. As a key member of our UK operations, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of clients in EMEA and US.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an account management or commercial role, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry. A passion for service and customer satisfaction is essential, as well as a willingness to travel.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Onboard and train clients on our e-commerce analytics platform.
  2. Analyse data to improve customer experience and minimize churn.
  3. Handle and resolve customer requests, problems, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain ongoing customer relationships through regular communication and outreach.
  5. Network to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in an account management or commercial role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  2. Autonomous and self-motivated, with a passion for service and customer satisfaction.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  4. Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Dutch or other European language would be an asset, but not mandatory.
