About the Role:
- This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.
- You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, onboarding new customers, and introducing new features to enhance their experience.
- As a seasoned professional in client support, you will thrive in this role if you have experience in client-facing roles, relationship building, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and introduce new features.
- Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure seamless client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success or Technical Support Manager, or in a similar customer care-oriented/sales-oriented role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think creatively and engage with senior management.
