Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure seamless client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success or Technical Support Manager, or in a similar customer care-oriented/sales-oriented role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and engage with senior management.
