Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Pareto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving strategic initiatives for revenue growth within targeted accounts.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of IT recruitment sales experience, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to effectively engage with clients, qualify and close deals, and leverage your sales abilities and market knowledge to achieve success.
This is a full-time position based in London, offering a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
