Job Summary:
Welcome to Onfido Ltd (UK), a leading innovator in identity-centric security solutions. We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of medium and large-sized customers across the region. Your primary goal is to guarantee that our clients achieve their objectives, maximize the value of their investment in Onfido, and foster lasting partnerships.

This role requires a deep understanding of business and technical challenges, particularly within IT development and deployment in the SaaS market. You will manage a portfolio of around 10-15 accounts, actively monitoring customer performance metrics to ensure alignment with adoption and usage targets. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Product teams to maintain a strong service offering and provide strategic recommendations to help customers enhance their results, streamline onboarding, and reduce fraud and risk.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Client Services, or a similar role. They must possess advanced portfolio management skills, commercial and technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in a second language such as French, Spanish, or German is preferred. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
