Customer Success Manager

At CarbonChain, we're driven by the success of our customers, and we're seeking a Customer Success Executive who is passionate about supporting our clients in achieving their climate goals. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to our strategic accounts, driving value and successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans to grow accounts within departments or into new departments
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to orchestrate resources and foster a seamless customer experience
- Anticipate and address customer challenges and risks to prevent churn
- Become an expert on decarbonization and help clients overcome challenges on their journey to Net Zero
- A right to work in the UK
- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or operations/strategy at a fast-growing startup
- Experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability
- Ability to work with diverse teams and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
