Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our Customer Success Operations team in the UK, Ireland, and US. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract, offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive customer strategy and program development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or shared services management in the technology sector. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is required. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer programs, managing teams across multiple locations, and leading by example.
