Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our platform, and driving growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the PE/M&A industry
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
