Customer Success Role Overview


As a key member of our team at ABR Talent, we are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction across our global client base.


Main Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention across our client base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation processes
  • Lead a remote team of 6 to drive customer success and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements



  • Proven experience in customer success and leadership roles in scale-up businesses
  • Strong understanding of FinTech and large financial institutions
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS implementation and customer success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team
