Job Title: Customer Success Strategist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at ABR Talent. As a Customer Success Strategist, you will be responsible for driving improvement across the customer journey with a focus on onboarding/implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of a remote team of 6 across Implementation, CS and Support, as well as take ownership of 6 highly valuable key clients.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer success.

Requirements:

* Both IC and Leadership experience within a Customer Success function in a scale-up business.

* Experience in FinTech and/or working with large financial institutions.

* Hands on SaaS Implementation experience.

* A real eye for customer success OR you'll identify as a Customer Success nerd- Either way, you love CS

What We Offer:

* A salary between £100k - £120k plus a 10% bonus.

* Fully remote.

* Health Insurance and Enhanced pension (Salary sacrifice)
