We're seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Description
The Enterprise Customer Success Strategist will work closely with sales leaders, customer success teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive customer value and growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize customer retention and mitigate attrition.
- Developing and implementing customized success plans for enterprise customers to ensure their long-term success with Salesforce.
- Analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement and recommending targeted solutions.
- Leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Promoting Salesforce resources and best practices to customers through various communication channels.
- Celebrating customer successes and identifying opportunities for continued growth and development.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS landscape.
- Proficiency in Salesforce's product suite and a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices.
- An academic degree or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have aligned experiences and skills that cater to the nuances of this role.
Salary Information
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.
