The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with experience in customer success, account management or related roles in a SaaS company. They will be responsible for managing Enterprise and Commercial-size customers with complex technical solutions and multiple stakeholders in a high-touch B2B environment.

About the Role

This position requires a product expert who can understand how our product integrates its features, integrations, capabilities & best practices help customers achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and measure value via a data-oriented approach, including continuous monitoring of account health and ROI to identify churn risk and capitalize on revenue opportunities.

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 Enterprise and Commercial customers as their single point of contact, helping them achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using our platform.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how ZD AI agents can be used to create value for support teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships and keep engagement high through committing to mutual Success Plans with each customer.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a great compensation package, we also provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
