An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Enterprise Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Navan Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive business growth and customer success in our enterprise accounts.

About the Role

This is a key role that requires strong relationship-building skills, product knowledge, and planning and execution abilities. As an Enterprise Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for managing all post-sales activity for Enterprise customers, developing trusted advisor relationships with customers, and driving satisfaction, adoption, retention, and reducing churn.

You will work closely with your Account Executive counterpart to develop joint success plans for customers and maintain deep understanding of our product, identifying relevant features and functionality for specific customer requirements.

Additionally, you will serve as the 'voice of the customer' providing internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success in Enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers, C-suite, and executive teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify enhancement requests and drive feature development.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop joint success plans for customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and its application in Enterprise settings.
  • Serve as the 'voice of the customer' providing internal feedback on how we can better serve them.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management or similar field.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, as well as problem-solve.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or similar working experience.
