Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for guiding clients from onboarding through to contract renewal. You will ensure our clients fully understand the value of our services and have an exceptional experience working with us.

Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth client onboarding and integration with our platform.
  • Contract Renewal: Develop and execute strategies to drive client retention and growth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will have 7+ years of experience in technology-based enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, data, or analytics. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Familiarity with supply chain, commodities, or market intelligence is a plus but not required.
