Omnea Limited is looking for a Customer Success Strategist to play a critical role in scaling our Customer function. As a key member of our team, you will work with our most strategic customers and define our Customer Account Management & Success playbooks from the earliest stages.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Work: Advise customers on company-wide transformation projects, refine our account management playbooks & processes, and drive upsell & expansion conversion.
  • Operational Work: Manage enterprise onboarding & deployments with your dedicated Solutions & Implementation Lead, focusing on delivering long-term customer value in every interaction.

We anticipate the salary range for this position to be approximately $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on factors such as location and relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurially-minded individual with a proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS commercial role, excellent commercial intuition, and the ability to sell to senior leadership.
