Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives, and provide strategic guidance on how to achieve them using Anaplan's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to identify areas for business improvement and develop strategies to address these opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Anaplan solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives and end-users
  • Provide training and support to customers on Anaplan best practices and solution utilization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the value proposition offered by Anaplan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role, with a focus on business transformation and process improvement
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • $100,000 - $160,000 per year
