Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGIST to join our team in London. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for leading post-sales activities for our DACH customers, including onboarding, implementation, and renewal.
Your primary goal will be to identify upsell opportunities and partner with account managers to drive renewal and expansion within your book of business. You will also become a product expert in our platform, offering solutions to improve security posture via our compliance offerings, Trust Reports, and Risk Management solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. This will involve leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
This is a hybrid role located in London, and we require someone based in the area who can commute to our office 3 days a week.
Requirements- 2+ years in Customer Success with a strong background in managing a large and diverse book of business at scale.
- Fluency in German.
