Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Agility Talent, LLC. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving account growth and retention through strategic client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic client roadmaps to ensure successful adoption and engagement of our platform.
  • Build and nurture close client relationships to drive account expansion and growth.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver against organizational and customer success-specific individual KPIs.
  • Identify client goals and work closely with the Partnerships team to bring marketing campaigns to life on our platform.
  • Demonstrated success with strategy-based client management, with a particular focus on retention and account growth.
