Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to join our team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner for start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. As a Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Success strategy for our exciting MedTech scale-up, driving clinical value and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Success strategy for our MedTech scale-up, driving clinical value and patient engagement
- Manage a team of 3 to create a 'best-in-class' customer success function
- Develop and implement processes, playbooks, and practices that drive customer usage, adoption, and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS Customer Success, both as an individual contributor and in a lead role
- Experience working within the dental or orthodontal space, either in a practice or providing a service/solution to practices
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary up to £80k, plus a bonus (yet to be defined)
- Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in a Central London location
