We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Yapily. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing client relationships, building strong strategic partnerships from C-suite level down.
- Develop and execute Success Plans across a portfolio of customers, driving product adoption and customer value realization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, increasing usage and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product offering, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.
- Forecast and drive revenue growth within our installed base, analyzing customer behavior and trends to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in managing accounts in SaaS financial technology software companies.
- Account management experience at C-suite level within corporates, banks, and fintechs is highly desirable.
- A track record of overachieving targets as an individual contributor.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a hunger for new challenges and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Good understanding of Open Banking and API technologies, trends, and concepts.
- Experience and proven ability to represent our company to all customers, suppliers, and authorities.
- An analytical approach to portfolio management, with a high sales acumen.
